WHAT WE BELIEVE:

In order for organizations to be effective, they must have CLARITY of INTENTION, implement STRATEGY effectively, use DATA proactively, and assess IMPACT.

Intentiō Consulting's vision for nonprofit organizations is that they are able to regularly determine how effective they are in achieving their mission.  To determine this, organizations must first be clear on their intent - what do they intend to happen as a result of their existence?  Strategy must be aligned with intention, informed by data, and consistently implemented.

In developing programs, services, and strategies, organizations must effectively use a range of data to determine the best course of action as it relates to what the organization intends to happen as a result of its existence.  To determine whether intention is being met, and impact is being realized, the "right" data must be consistently collected, and used, to assess progress,  inform deccision-making, and determine impact.
